Rijksmuseum

Ed van der Elsken – A Landmark Retrospective

Kho Liang Ie played a pivotal role in shaping Dutch design from the 1950s through the mid-1970s and was responsible for the interior design of Schiphol Airport.

National Maritime Museum

Temporary Exhibition

The exhibition Crimson Gilt  created by visual artist Vincent Ruijters is an art installation based on the replica of the Dutch East Indiaman Company merchant ship "Amsterdam." The installation includes gold and crimson ribbons, images, and sound.

No tickets are required; however, donations are greatly appreciated and can be made via QR codes displayed in and around the park or at on-site payment stations.

Open-Air Cinema – Pllek

The waterfront café Pllek screens a curated selection of beautiful, thought-provoking, and occasionally provocative films on a large outdoor screen set on its urban beach. Screenings take place weather permitting. Comfortable seating, beanbags, and blankets are provided. Admission is ticketed, and advance purchase is recommended.

Festival TREK 

The popular traveling food truck festival arrives at Amstelpark, featuring approximately 35 curated food trucks, live music, theatrical performances, and a relaxed summer atmosphere.

Urban Photo Race is a dynamic digital photography marathon held in major cities worldwide.
